Olabode Samuel Olanusi

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Olabode Samuel Olanusi is the Chief Executive Officer of Sardeep Consulting Limited, providing strategic guidance to an organization committed to building trust, improving governance, and promoting digital transformation across public, private, and non-profit sectors. With over a decade of international experience in Sub-Saharan Africa and the United States, he has made notable contributions in digital transformation, cybersecurity, organizational strategy, policy innovation, operational excellence, and the management of large-scale programs. His leadership experience includes enhancing operational efficiency at Walmart Inc. and overseeing multimillion-dollar projects with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Olabode is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), recognitions that reflect his commitment to global professional excellence. He is an Executive member of the Academy of Management (AOM), and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). He is also an alumnus of the Policy Strategy and Leadership Course (PSLC) at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), strengthening his capability to advise on governance, national policy, and institutional reform.

He holds advanced degrees in Information Systems (Data & Cybersecurity) from Sam M. Walton College of Business, Digital Business from Wits Business School, and Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, College of Engineering. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, an ISC2 Exam Developer & Certified in Cybersecurity. He is also an active contributor to the global professional community as a researcher, conference participant, mentor, board member, peer reviewer, and exam developer for leading institutions in digital transformation and cybersecurity.
Beyond the boardroom, Olabode serves as an agent of social change. His initiatives in substance abuse prevention, youth empowerment, policy reform, and community development exemplify his dedication to fostering societies characterized by trust, safety, opportunity, and innovation.

Opeyemi Bello

Senior Partner

Opeyemi Bello is an internationally trained lawyer and public policy advisor with extensive experience supporting governments, businesses, and mission-driven organizations across Africa, Europe, and North America. With more than a decade of work at the intersection of international trade, energy governance, and environmental policy, he brings a pragmatic and globally informed approach to designing legal and policy solutions that advance good governance and sustainable development.

Opeyemi holds advanced degrees from globally renowned institutions, including an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, a Master's in International Energy Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris, and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from the University of Turin (ITCILO). This diverse academic training strengthens his ability to interpret complex regulatory and geopolitical issues with strategic clarity.

His professional experience spans leading African law firms, corporate advisory roles, and international development organizations such as Global Witness and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH). Across these engagements, Opeyemi has advised on trade agreements, resource governance, transparency reforms, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.

Licensed to practice in Nigeria, New York State, and Alberta, Canada, and fluent in English, French, Yoruba, and Guenbe, he brings cross-jurisdictional expertise and a multicultural perspective to every assignment.

Dr. Ifeoluwayimika Bamidele

Dr. Ifeoluwayimika Bamidele, PhD, is a leading Nigerian health-law expert, corporate executive, and public-interest advocate working at the intersection of Law, Healthcare, Technology, and Social Impact. He is a Board Director and Head of Corporate Communications at ElizBod Global, Associate Professor of Health Law, Visiting Professor, and Managing Director of two fast-growing service companies.

With academic training in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, Dr. Ife brings global expertise to his work in patients' rights, digital health, AI governance, medical ethics, and public health law. Over the last 15 years, he has advised top corporates, hospitals, health-tech startups, NGOs, and disciplinary bodies across Africa, helping them navigate legal compliance, ethical challenges, and emerging regulatory landscapes.

He is the founder of Health Justice, a civic health-tech platform transforming patient feedback into actionable reform, and serves as Chief Impact Officer at The Drug Free Project—Nigeria's largest substance-abuse advocacy organization. A prolific author and researcher, Dr. Ife has published widely, reviewed leading journals, and trained more than 1,000 patient-rights advocates nationwide.
